Standard Plan:

The cost of this plan is $40/month for a total of $480 per year. This is a budget friendly service designed to keep your house running smoothly and help prevent problems before they occur. The goal is once a quarter for a technician to come to your home perform your schedule maintenance, change your filter and check for possible issues that may present themselves.

Quarterly Maintenance Schedule

Summer HVAC Check Up ($200)
Fall Water Heater tank flush and check ($100)
Winter HVAC Check Up ($200)
Spring Gutter Cleaning (~$100 - $300)

Water tank flush
Spring gutter cleaning
Labor rate locked in at $50/hr for minor repairs.
Up to 4 home checkups per year for leaks, corrosion, cracks, and other issues.
Quarterly filter changes (filter included)
Emergency line for issues that spring up in the middle of the night
Materials receive only a 10% instead of a 20% markup
First hour of labor each month is covered by the plan cost
Trip charge is locked at $50 for repairs conducted outside of normal home check ups.

Premium Plan ($80/month)

Summer HVAC Tune Up
Winter HVAC Tune Up
Water Tank Flush
Spring Gutter Cleaning
Labor Rate Locked in at $50/hr for minor repairs.
Up to 12 home checkups per year for leaks, corrosion, cracks, and other issues.
Monthly filter changes (filter included)
Emergency line for issues that spring up in the middle of the night
Materials receive no markup
First 2 hours of labor each month is covered by the plan cost
Trip charge is locked at $25 for repairs conducted outside of normal home check ups.

Military Plan ($40/Month)
